TIGER TIGER rewrite!

i rewrote this zine & decided to bundle them for a couple of reasons. they are:

- they both hit harder when they're together 

- also i wanted to submit the new tiger tiger to crips for gaza's esims bundle but submissions had closed by the time i'd finished it so i'm including it in here. you get both!
